Booking, Cancellation, and Liability Policy – Agriturismo La Curtis
1. Liability
Agriturismo La Curtis cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for personal injuries, theft, loss of belongings, or damages suffered by guests during their stay, regardless of the cause. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
Any accidents or service issues must be reported to Management immediately.
2. Booking Conditions
a) Bookings can be made by phone, email, or through the official website. All methods are considered contractually binding.
b) During high season (July, August, and major holidays), the minimum stay for apartments is 7 nights.
c) A booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
2.1 Bookings through external platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.)
Bookings made through third-party platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or similar are also governed by the terms and conditions of each platform, in addition to those of Agriturismo La Curtis.
However, the following additional conditions apply without exception:
- The person making the reservation through an external platform assumes responsibility for the entire group.
- In case of damages, extraordinary cleaning, or violations of internal regulations, the agriturismo reserves the right to withhold the security deposit or to request compensation through the platform used for the booking.
- Check-in/check-out policies, maximum number of guests, pet restrictions, and liability remain fully in effect even for stays booked through third-party platforms.
- In case of a need to modify or cancel the reservation, guests must refer to the procedure provided by the platform used at the time of booking.
Guests are required to carefully review the conditions published on the platform at the time of booking, as they may differ from those of a direct reservation.
3. Payments
- A 30% deposit of the total amount is required within 10 days of booking, to be paid via bank transfer.
- The remaining 70% must be received at least 60 days prior to the arrival date.
For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required within 3 working days.
Note: If the deposit is not paid within the specified timeframe, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and the cancellation penalties outlined in section 4 will apply.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated in writing (via email) and will be considered valid from the date the communication is received.

In all cases, a fee of €45 will be retained for administrative costs.
5. Booking Modifications
In case of a change to the booked apartment after confirmation, an administrative fee of €30 will be charged.
Modifications are subject to availability.
6. Guest Obligations
The person making the reservation is responsible for themselves and their companions throughout the entire stay and ensures that all parties are aware of and comply with these terms.
Guests are also required to adhere to the following conditions:
- The number of guests must not exceed the number indicated in the booking.
- No pets allowed, as stated in section 8.
- Apartments are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, as stated in section 7.
7. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and enclosed areas of Agriturismo La Curtis.
The property offers spacious outdoor areas, perfect for smoking freely and respectfully toward other guests.
Guests are expected to show the utmost courtesy and respect for the environment: cigarette butts must be disposed of only in the designated bins and not thrown on the ground.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in additional charges for extraordinary cleaning and, in serious cases, the termination of the stay without refund.
8. Pet Policy
Agriturismo La Curtis is a strictly pet-free property.
No animals of any kind are allowed, regardless of size, breed, or behavior. Even small or well-behaved pets are not accepted.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in denied entry and/or termination of the stay without refund.
9. Security Deposit
Upon arrival, a security deposit in cash may be requested, which will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, unless deductions are necessary for:
- Damages to furniture, appliances, or property structures
- Need for extraordinary cleaning
- Violations of internal regulations
Any damage must be reported immediately to the staff during the stay.
